Heavy Rope Training for Weight Loss and Triathlon

Try this great rope training exercise for weight loss and triathlon training. This exercise targets your mid section as well as your upper body. Start off with 30 second rounds working your way up to 1 minute rounds.

Beginner: 2 rounds 30 seconds
Intermediate: 3 rounds 30 seconds
Advanced: 4 rounds 1 minute
